**To provide support for Tradeweb's electronictrading systems hosted using web technologies. This will include providingapplication support for internal and external clients for trading, systemmonitoring, problem investigation and resolution, responding to system relateduser queries and configuration/deployment for production and test systems.**


Deploy and support complex in-house & 3rd
party applications

Focus on troubleshooting issues on the new
web interface

Proactively manage business critical real-time trading systems in order to identify
issues and potential problem areas

Interact with various internal IT support
functions, Development, Quality Assurance, Operations and external 3rd
party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve problems

Actively identify incidents and as necessary
manage the incident resolution process to provide service recovery and manage
client communications and expectations in respect to incident resolution

Taking ownership of issues raised on the

Development of monitoring tools, system
maintenance jobs, and reporting services

Automating tasks that can take a significant
amount of time in the team

Ensure compliance with departmental policies
(i.e. change management, IT security standards, release management, incident

Work with all parties to provide services to
agreed SLA's.

Work through Annual Disaster Recovery testing
and BCP planning


Experience and knowledge of real time trading

Excellent problem solving, planning and
analytical skills.

Extensive experience of managing client
queries and problems

Experience of working on a n-tier
architecture and complex systems

Strong communications skills with a
demonstrable ability to interact and influence at all levels within the
organization as well as with clients

Strong technical skills with the ability to
build and read code in C , javascript ,etc.

Strong knowledge of web-related technologies,
such as https protocol, javascript, web proxies etc.

Good working knowledge of the Microsoft
Windows Server and Workstation

Good working knowledge of Network elements
related to the web such as web proxies, https,etc

Understanding of Infrastructure/Server

Strong scripting skills.

Experience working with relational databases.
Querying, scripting experience with SQL server 2012 preferred.

Experience of managing, owning and delivering
high quality projects to objectives and within time scales

Good working knowledge of application
integration and testing

C experience in a Microsoft Windows development
environment, utilizing object oriented programming techniques. Visual C is preferred.

Knowledge of .NET, C, C and VB technologies
is desirable.

**Hours of Work**

The candidate will be
required to work on a rotating shift pattern covering the European trading day
which are currently from 6:30am to 6:30pm. In addition, the candidate will be
required to also provide on-call coverage for part of the Tokyo trading day.
This responsibility is rotated around the team.

The shifts are to ensure
coverage for the European and Asian market trading hours. System checkouts are
required before the market start for each location and end of day maintenance
to be performed after market close. The market trading hours are always subject
to change and the Support team is required to be flexible to accommodate.

Occasional weekend and
evening work will be required.
